The first Anansi Archive anthology has just been published and we have been absolutely delighted with how quickly you have embraced our writing platform in its first quarterly cycle. Both the quality and range of contributions have astonished us and its success has been heartwarming and inspiring.

We have had contributions to the Autumn competition spanning every continent, every compatible generation and gender. There have been insights into a diverse range of cultures made possible through the creative use of the English language; stories from Indian villages, the Alaskan wilderness and African plains. From wherever they have come, a fragment of human soul has been exposed and we have felt a connection with its sentiment.

To everyone who has contributed whether by registering, commenting on this forum or entering a competition we thank you. Our first anthology is available to buy on Amazon either in paperback form (£6.99) or Kindle e-book (0.99p). But as a small gesture of our appreciation, we are happy to share our first anthology with you here completely free.

Look out for the results of our Winter competitions in April.
