    Just listen to some music. Something calming and relaxing always helps clear away my cobwebs. Those of my mind, I mean. Unfortunately, it doesn’t actually do my housework! Maybe I should try. Alexa……. : )

    Baroque music usually works for me. I think it’s something to do with brain waves. I read somewhere that it changes our mental chemistry – retunes our mind, so to speak. The thing is, we are all different and what may work for one, may not for another. I think a lot depends on how you approach it.
    So, for me some Bach, Vivaldi (although call centres have killed the Four Seasons) and Handel completely relax me and open the creative portals.
