For anyone who specialises in writing about romance, US publisher Harlequin offers an open submission process. It is a very systematic but quite straightforward form-filling submission process. You have to use the right form for the right romantic sub-genre. I didn’t realise there were so many – medical romance, desire, historical, intrigue, suspense…..
